First Week

Unfortunately I gained this week /: This week has been rough and I got a shock to the face with some of the food. I realized how hard it is to keep track of the food I make in class because we don't go by recipes and even the starter recipe is usually not in the system so I have to guess, and then I don't get an accurate count on how many calories and such that I have remaining in the day. But next week I am hitting the gym and trying to work better at what I am eating. I hope everyone has a good week and weekend (:
