Week 3 Goals

I have been super busy with working, family and all that life has thrown at me. But I had a few minutes while my little one takes a nap so I though what a perfect time to post this blog.
2 weeks ago I restart my journey to a healthier me. I started by drinking more water
. As a result I lost 4 pounds!!
The next week I must have lost my mind- plus it was my TMO month so I gained about 3 pounds- but that does not stop me. Kept pushing I set a new goal of 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. Some days I made it and some days I can close but overall I think I did well. Got on the scale this morning and I back to 4 pounds lost
Next week I will be training for 6 weeks with my job so I will have to rework my morning routine. But I plan to pack my food and my favorite water bottle.
Week 3 Goals
Plan and track all food a day ahead
Eat within calorie range
Be active- workout at 2X a week
My 11 year old also needs to lose weight per doctor orders so he will be doing weekly challenges for himself. His week is all about drinking water and being active. He plans on drinking at least 4 cups of water per day and working out with his dear old mom at least 2X a week. We will be looking at workouts later today. Plus taking walks when the weather is nice.
