Lots of Walking

I recently started working on a job site that requires a LOT of walking. At first, I thought this would really be a bummer. Moving this much weight around isn't the easiest thing to do in the world. Fortunately though, I've been working out a lot leading up to this and the walking has worked to my benefit. My weight is going down. On top of that, I'm bringing a healthy lunch and snacks with me....and washing everything down with lots of water.
I can't wait to step on the scale today!
