It's Friday the 13th folks!!
Here is a recap of my weekly workouts
Monday Booty bootcamp class 1 hr
Tuesday Rest Day
Wednesday 1 hr Insanity class, 30 min weightroom session mostly legs
Thursday 1 hr Yoga class at noon and 1 hr Bootcamp class in the evening
Friday Woke up super sore from bootcamp class and did not make it to zumba, but I might try to squeeze in a quick workout before I pick up DS from school. The soreness is real though!!!

This weekend I have another family gathering (birthday party) I really have to focus on not overindulging in party foods!! Wish me luck
