I'm trying to be sure I am eating enough calories yet not letting myself get into any binge behavior...so for a while, I will be posting my daily food log, until I feel I have a handle on my intake and eating behaviors.

L: Carrots, Snap Peas and a spelt tortilla w/vegan macadamia ricotta cheese
S: 1/2 apple, peanut butter, dried blueberries
D: Rice and stir-fry veggies w/hemp seeds
S: GF/V chocolate chip, walnut and blueberry bar
