30 Day Healthy Habits Reset Challenge

I just saw this challenge and thought it was a great idea. I have gotten into a rut like I usually do this time of year because we are on the downhill slide to the end of the school year.

I tried to think what I needed to work on more and the one thing I thought of was to make sure I work out at least and hour a day.

3 reasons I want to reach this goal:
1. This goal will help me to stay healthy
2. This goal will help me to reach my goal of running the Rock Roll Marathon this December
3. This goal will help me to feel better about how I look.
