The good news is I have increased my fitness minutes for the past two weeks to 400 minutes. I will continue to have this is as my minimum. I'm going to increase the intensity this week with more interval training and I'm going to pull out some of those fitness articles I save to find some new things to do.

The schedule this week has all the normal challenges with baseball/softball. The good news is I will be able to have food ready for healthy meals at home. Options for this week are: taco salad, whole grain pasta, veggie tacos, hamburgers (hubby has been wanting them), something with the chicken leftovers and pork chops.
