Seriously having a "BLAH" day today, but I forced myself to get up and move. Just completed day 6 of PIYO and am feeling the pain in my arms, legs, and abs right now. Getting the juices flowing and endorphins going is a good way to battle stress. I'm about to hit the shower and pray for God to give me strength to push down my anxiety and face this day! I hope you're all having a successful week!
