Healthy Habits for March

So I have been tracking my food intake everyday this past week which is good but I could make better food choices. Next week I'll concentrate on that.

As for exercising, I was sporadic, some good days and some not so good days. Again next week, I'll work on that.

    Hi Eileen, we're all a Work In Progress, so we all have not-so-good days, GREAT days and pretty bad days, so don't knock down yourself, you can do this!!! I too have a problem with making good food choices, especially when others around me are eating yummy things that are not on my diet, lol. But we keep working at it!
