starting running again

I made the decision to start up again doing the C25K. I have not run since May 2013 right before we bought a house and moved. I started back up on Saturday. My run pace was not bad. In fact, my run pace was faster (not by much) from when I started back in January of 2013. My average pace for W1D1 in January 2013 was 16:33 and this past Saturday it was 16:26. I did not run Sunday or Monday due to the pouring down rain. I was able to run again today. I got up at 6 AM. It was hard but I did it. I even had a faster average pace of 15:56.

This last week, I was able to see a few more pounds drop off. It felt like I was at a plateau. I know I should not have been because I have a lot of weight to lose. However, I have not necessarily been eating healthy and exercising a lot. I decided to still work out with fitnessblender and try to run in the mornings.

My goal is to be down to 250 sometime this summer and then hopefully (finders crossed) be somewhere close to about 200.
