March Goals

I haven't done a progress report in a long time, so this is definitely overdue. In retrospect, I just kept my head above water, so to speak, as far as my health and fitness went last month. I think I gained about 5 lbs during the month and I wasn't even walking like I used to or watching my carbs which was not good for my blood sugar levels.

For this month I'm going to take baby steps at first.
1: Try to get in 8 cups of water daily.
2: Write down what I'm eating...counting my carb totals for each meal.
3: Walk at least 5-6 days a week this month.
4: Try to get in at least 2 sessions a week of Strength Training & Stretching.

These will be my goals for March. Right now I'm working at one day at time, one meal at a time until I am confident that I am making these goals lifetime habits!
