Thank you everyone for your support & encouragement. I am starting on week 7 and I'm feeling really good, I've lost 13 lbs & some inches(clothes are looser). I'm trying to be better about getting on here but don't have much time so it's a hit & miss. But I am setting a goal to at least get my work outs tracked.
