March Goals and Recap

The BSG blog post for week one is to blog about my progress the past month and my goals for this month.
My February goals were
- Continue my one word HAPPINESS in all aspects of my life.
I struggled for 2 weeks while fighting off a continuous migraine that lasted 8 days. I kept myself up but I really struggled during that time. I would not say I was happy during all that time but I tried.
~Continue with the A&I Challenge for February.
I stayed with the challenge and completed the whole month. This had been a big struggle for me. I would start and not finish, I would just give up. I decided I was worth more than that.
~Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Include starting my day drinking at least one glass before anything else.
I did this about half the time. It became a little easier as I take meds now first thing in the morning so I would get a glass of water in.
~Read the bible daily.
I missed about a week - That was when I had the nonstop migraine.
My goals for March are the same as they were for February along with adding some sort of fitness no matter how small every day.
