The more I blog... the better I am at staying on track. So, I'm blogging again! You guys hold me accountable and I love it. Thank you! :)

I'm sitting here at work enjoying my first bean, rice and chicken frozen meal from my batch cooking. Pretty tasty! It isn't packed with veggies or anything, but it's low calorie... and besides, that's what green smoothies are for! I do need to make smaller portion sizes next time... maybe just 1/4 cup of beans, 1/4 cup rice, and 1/2 cup shredded chicken. This is a lot of food! (I did 1/2 c each of rice and beans and 1/2 c chicken).

I will be making my "warm yoga" class tonight. I'm really hoping that it is what I need to loosen up some. I'd love to go for a run in the sunshine again. It's such a late class, the only reason I'm going is because I'm off on Tuesdays. If I had to work you wouldn't catch me at a yoga class until 9:15pm!

Anyhow... Nothing else going on, just wanted to check in. I hope everyone's week is off to a great start!
