followup from last blog

Hi again.
so… I'm doing well…
today

At 4pm I realized (ha!) that I hadn't gotten to workout yet. Had postponed, had put off, had said to myself that i didn't want to 'force' it.
So at 4pm I had a natural opening… and THAT's when I went to InShape and put in 30 minutes on the elliptical With TV - George Stephanopoulus to boot.

I'm happy I got the movement in.

And I'm on point with food today. good calories. good quality choices.
even though i ate the whole yam at supper and am, hence, too full.

8pm !! just keep it that way…p!

Yesterday evening we went out to dinner and I at seafood pasta and a glass of wine with 1/3 of joe's salad. We both left a cup of the pasta in the bowl and declined doggy bag. So…. Calories yesterday…? Dunno. Did I 'blow it' by going out. I sure hope not. Gotta LIVE this AGAIN…
