Lovely Lime BLC Spring Challenge

We are getting ready to start the BLC Spring Challenge. This is the 3 goals that I will be working on:
My top 3 goals for the Spring challenge are:
1. Love myself enough to make healthier choices
2. Encourage others
3. Work at losing 5 % of my starting weight.
To love myself has always been a hard thing for me to do. It's hard when you feel that you just aren't worth it..... So I will be working at this.
