Tight Jeans - and a good day so far, let's keep it that way

So… Hooray… Boooya…. It's 3:34pm and I've had a "good day" so far.
Bkfst Lunch and Snacks On Track
Calories low and Nutrition high
2 33oz bottles of water consumed
Not fighting with Joe -- and both of us working at it
Put on jeans I forgot about
and they are
TIGHT JEANS feel …. um….. harsh.
Putting them on at the gym I felt the flush of regret and almost-shame (but nipped it in the bud). "These pants were getting loose a year ago". "Now
they're tight (again)". The "AGAIN" part is the dangerous part.
I accept that my pants are tight.
I remember how it feels to have my clothes fit easily.
And I want that.
I can have that.
With some work and some conviction
and some patience
Once as a child I had to be in hospital for a time… and "a good day" was a euphemism for whether or not one had moved their bowels that day.
These days… "A good day" means

Which -- like it or not-- ALWAYS MEANS
Where is the Food Today.
A good day, for me,
with goal of weight loss being foremost,
Eating within Range
Exercising at least 30min… Looking for 60 soon.
I want other targets
and other goals.
A life time of Wt Loss focus…. yadda yadda yadda
Still… THAT IS WHAT I NEED
So. For today… I am embracing it.
(Mourn the roads less traveled… on some other day).
Hooray for me.
Will report back tonite to confirm that it stays a good day
all the way to bed time.
