February results & March goals

February was all about getting back on track & regaining ground after being sick & on weight gaining prednisone. My weight had crept back up to 175.5 but I'm happy to say by the end of the month I had dropped back to 174.4
Now for March goals, I plan to:
*Continue water intake of 10 cups daily
*Continue packing snacks & lunches from home for work rather than ordering out
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Continue losing to reach a goal weight of 172
March will be a great month indeed.
Ready to make this a month of new motivation & strategies.
