Sunday - rest day
Mon. - 55mins kickboxing class, 30 minutes zumba class with 5 pound weights
Tues. - 30 min cardio kickboxing dvd in the morning and Kelly Coffey-Meyer 30 mins. to fitness dvd- Cardio and Legs 30mins.
Wed. - 30 mins of bodyweight exercises: pushups, squats, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, high knees etc.
Thurs. - Push Up challenge: 3 reps each- basic, one-leg left, one-leg right, T pushup, and Diamond pushup (15 total) and March Challenge: Run in place (30sec), 30 squats, 20 crunches, 25 Mountain climbers (2 times), and Kelly Coffey-Myer's 30 mins. to fitness dvd-Core and Upper Body
Fri. - Rest Day
Sat. - YaY!! First official run of the season!! Ran 45 mins. (run 6 mins walk 30 sec. intervals)
