Slow and steady

This new journey to wellness started 1/18/15, so a little over 6 weeks ago. Even though I am not great with my water and have not started exercising I have lost a total of 13.4 pounds! I am 6.6 pounds from my first goal and feeling strong!
This week in Iowa is supposed to be a bit warmer so I may try and get outside to do some walking which I used to enjoy. Let's hope my back can take it.
