Here are my weekly workouts!
I must say I did quite well this week when it comes to working out!
Monday- Booty bootcamp class 1hr
Tuesday- Zumba class 1hr
Wednesday- 1 awesome hr of restorative yoga, and 1 hour insanity class
Thursday-Bootcamp class 1hr
Friday- 1hr Zumba, 30 min in the weightroom mostly arms, legs were super sore from previous classes.
This weekend is my mom's birthday celebration so I will work extra hard on not over eating!!
