The First

Hey! I can't believe I am starting this process all over again. I have tried to lose weight countless times, and they have worked. But I went away to CULINARY school, with all the clarified fats and such, and the freshmen 15 turned into the freshmen 30 and now I am a sophomore and the bright side, I haven't gain or lost anything. But I am just unhappy in my body. My boyfriend doesn't care about what I look like and that is a good thing but I want to be beautiful not only for him but for me. I deserve to be happy in my body. Where I don't think my body is super fat there is fat in my tummy. I know I could be bigger, but I could also be smaller. I want to be smaller and be healthier. I am not huge fan of working out but I will try. My best friend who is skinny and fit is going to help me which will be nice. Here's to a fresh start (: Here we go!
Day 1: 200.5 lbs
