Starting & Supercharging Transformation

So excited about this A-HA I had to share.
I led my last two practice clients through guided meditations where I asked them to really experience being in their desired state.
Today my brain connected the dots in that we actually have to spend time IN our desired state to not only start the process of transformation but to *supercharge* it as well.
Spending time in our desired state *now* helps us identity-shift which tells the universe what we clearly want which then brings us closer to having and being our desired state.
Try it out:
1. Get comfy and close your eyes.
2. Take three deep breaths to center yourself.
3. Fully imagine what you want, whether in health or life. What do you see, hear and feel from that desired state?
4. Make the colors brighter, the sounds louder, the feelings deeper.
5. Spend some time truly being in this desired state.
6. When you're ready, wiggle your fingers and toes to come back to the present moment, and open your eyes.
