Woke up this morning with back pain, but made my breakfast and coffee and got ready to go run. Did a bootcamp video and ran 5 miles, which went pretty well. Starting to get pretty bored with my running route so I need to try something new. Have my 7 mile run this weekend and I'm looking forward to it! Just a few months ago I never would have thought I would be running a 7 mile race! Soon I'll be running a half marathon!
