Slow and Steady

Did ok today. Wasn't feeling to hungry till after supper. Then i had 2 icecream bars. I'm still within my calories, but I was only going to have one.
I'm still getting over a cold so I didn't workout today. Probably won't start till Monday. That should give me enough time to be fully recovered. Plus it gives me a chance to slowly start into my new eating habits first.
I plan to work into everything slower then I did last time. Give my body and mind time to adjust to everything. My calorie limit isn't as low as last time. So I'll lose a little slower but as long as I'm losing thats fine, and my workout is less. I'll change it up as I get further along. I guess what I'm trying for right now is to just stick with it. I've been on and off again with weight loss so many times I'm like a yoyo lol. So hopefully the slow and easy approach will help me stick with it this time.
