Epic Fail

Wednesday, March 04, 2015

I am definitely an emotional eater! I felt somewhat betrayed last week because my little local support team split in half. Two of my colleagues started our "Fat Club" and then 2 friends and I joined as well. Well, my colleagues decided that there wasn't enough accountability, so they just decided to go to Weight Watchers, whose meeting just happens to be at the same time on the same night as ours. I was a bit frustrated because I felt like they were our group leaders and they just deserted us! I know that is foolish, but that, along with some personal problems, made for a very emotional week. So, the angry chick in my head pulled out a gun and shot the voice that was reminding me to be good. Needless to say, this past week was an epic fail diet-wise! I didn't track. I didn't drink my water. I didn't exercise. In short, I didn't care..... Even though I really did! And it just made me more frustrated at myself when I would think about what I was doing! Aaaaarrrgh!

Anyway, my friends and I are going to continue Fat Club. We are going to do "Walk Kansas" and we've even decided on a little friendly competition between us. Things are going to get better!!! Happy chick is going to win! :)

Oh my twin (we started the same day) you are not being foolish by any means! In fact I was wondering how you were doing last week!

I am so glad you picked yourself up, dusted your self off, and decided to re evaluate your wonderful support group! 'Walk Kansas' sounds like a fun competition! With the support of SP, you got this competition in the bag! You can do this! We are here for you also my friend!
