The office orders Chinese take-out: I make it work!

Here's what I chose:
Chicken, Vegetables & Spicy Garlic Sauce - steamed with the sauce on the side!
I asked and they accommodated!
The lunch special meal came with won ton soup and I chose white rice over fried.
Here's what I did:
Ate the two steamed wontons in the soup and a few spoonfuls of broth.
Portioned out 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup (half) the vegetables and chicken, and 2 T. of the sauce.
I portioned out another 1/2 c. rice and remainder of the chicken and veggies with 2 T. sauce into a container I brought with me from home and will put it in the fridge for my next high-carb day (Carb Cycling diet).
I feel so good about the choices I made!
