I am on month 3 of this healthy journey. I am tracking my food and my activities on SP. This really helps to hold me accountable. I am meeting many special people through SP too. I had a couple of tough days but I am on track again and more determined than ever to make this a life style change for good this time. It is not a diet, but a healthy life style that I am determined to make lasting.
