Still in recovery mode from the bout with arthritis and then pneumonia had the audacity to knock on my door. The good news is that my frustration turned into some "usable" anger. I mean sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Still working on the challenge to unclutter, little by little. I didn't realize how much of a hoarder I had become. Paper, paper, paper...

Nevertheless, I'm still in the race for healthy living...

Have a great rest of the week !

You have so many that are in this battle with you. I hate that the enemy brought that sickness your way. I thank God for HIS healing power continually working in your body. With God nothing is impossible. Everything that your heart desires HE will empower you to do. I'm a paper hog and I realized that even more as I opened boxed filled with paper. lol I joined Flylady and have done great decluttering and just getting my home cleaner quicker and daily.

I understand the arthritis - I have to find ways to modify some of my workouts - hence the reason I swim a lot!! Easier on the joints.

I used to tell myself, rather than an uphill battle that I was in a reverse decline - always sounded better emoticon

hope you feel better each day and can get into a healthy routine.

    Be Well!

Nothing feels better or more cathartic than getting rid of stuff you don't need. Good for you!
