End of Week One Diet of Hope

So, one whole week eating no carbs, very few fruits, eating mostly veggies and strictly reduced calories has resulted in a 7lb weight loss. There are no packaged foods, everything is fresh and this is the absolute definition of eating "clean". It is a challenge. It is hard to fit in time to cook, eating out is a pain, and since it is so strict, I miss grapes, apples and other "good" foods. I will give this my all and stick with it.
