Starting week 6

I will be starting week 6 this week and looking forward to it. I am only scheduled a 40 hr week this week so hopefully it will work out and I can get more time to do more work outs. I have lost 9 lbs so far and I am happy about that. I have been doing pretty good at eating 3 meals a day, drinking more water, and replacing some food items with healthier ones. Weekends are more challenging for me since I am not at work for 12 hrs, but I am getting better about staying on track.
I have to still talk myself into working out, but once I start and do it I feel great, its just getting started, most days after work I just wanna be lazy,but being lazy is how my body became weak and over weight.
