UP AND DOWN


So here's the REPORT

I weighed 172 a whole bunch of times in the last year.

6/16/14
7/09/14
8/22/14
1/19/15
2/03/15
2/17/15

and I weighed higher
with 176 being my concrete ceiling (6/25/14)
with a yo low of 168.2 (aug and also 11/18/14)


and I weighed lower (this chapter)
170.6 7/26/14
168.2 8/7/14
172 .2 8/22/14
171.2 10/7/14
171.6 12/12/14
172.6 2/17/15


171 I passed thru on the way down in 7/2012
155 Oct/Dec 2012
I dropped that weight quickly.
I was in a UC recurrance. I was ill.

I maintained the 150's til May 2013
That's when the House Move happened.
The condo... the Cali.... the 'breakdown'.

I surge gained 10#
152 on 4/27/13
162 on 10/13/13 no weighing between

Up and down the 60's
10/13 thru 5/14.... maintenance sort of
but the yoyo trend was upward

170 for a day 4/14 then back down
163 on 5/10
but spike to 175 on 6/5/14
and been bouncing up and down

April May June 2014
What happened? I don't even know.
Gotta break that down...though
That setpoint of high 60's to 176

163.2 was my mean in mid 2014

The 150's FELT GREAT

EMBRACE THE GOOD

It's good to see the decon of the chart.

Can I get to 155 by May? That's 20 lbs.
IF I LOSE 5LBS a MONTH I CAN
