Full Disclosure: A not-so-good week

I lost a pound this week (weigh-ins are Mondays at work), and I was very happy but since my first month, things have slowed and I know why. It's me. I haven't been nearly as focused or dedicated and that has made a huge difference. I have not had one week where the scale went backwards, but I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be the exception.
I've had a not-so-good week. I don't want to call it a "bad" week because there were moments of thoughtful food preparation and eating that I am proud of. But for the past couple of days...not so much.
Some of my "off limits" foods were a glazed jelly donut, chicken bacon alfredo ziti, and McDonald's filet of fish sandwiches (2). Ok, there. I've said it. I feel slightly ashamed but happy to admit it and move forward.
This morning, I am off to a better start with my omelet (1 whole egg, 3/4 cup egg whites only), with spinach and cheese.
Low-carbin' it today! Wish me luck.
