5% winter challenge participation working its intentions...

WEIGHING IN on the WEIGH IN...I admit this time I am not losing weight. I started around 159 at the beginning of this winter 5% challenge, and I weigh 158 today. However, I am doing everything right, and I am losing fat for certain.
Apparently, exercise can build this stuff called muscle. It weighs more than fat, but you look a lot smaller in it. Imagine going through your 4th 5% challenge expecting to ace the 5% weight loss because you have done it the previous three challenges back to back to back. What I did not imagine is doing the 5% challenge and losing a whole size in my jeans without losing the 5%.
While I may not have officially lost weight, I have converted fat to muscle and dropped a size, while weighing almost exactly what I did seven weeks ago! Amazing!
I will be paying for an official body fat analysis before and after the next 5% challenge to confirm what my Gloria Vanderbilt's already have to say!
