Sat.Day 57- Completed Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 minute to fitness dvd - did the premix workout: Cardio and Upper Body (55mins.) using 5 and 8 pound dumbbells.
20 minutes after workout, this was my situation. (only ate 2 tablespoons).
