Crying ,but I know it will be worth it.

Saturday, February 28, 2015

I lost 80 lbs. with WLS and then my own hard work to lose 60lbs that I gained back. LOL . Still over weight, but not as big as I was. Now it has been about a year or more the same weight. I got lazy and now put on 20 lbs. This is a wake up call. Started back with my "healthy track" Monday. It has been super hard to stay on track. I think because I know what is ahead of me to get back on track again. LOL I think it is worth it, but it is STILL hard.

OK done crying. I will do this. I will stay positive.

You can do it Judy. So wish you would come back to exercise class or water aerobics. It starts next Tuesday at 1:15 and we could you fun together. You know things are easier with a group than alone. You know that Gina makes everything fun even when we want to "shoot" her.. LOL

I don't see this blog post as "crying" at all. I see it more as you are listing the facts that have lead you to where you are now, and stating your intentions for the future. I know how hard it is! You know you can do this!
