Time for a change

My little person turned 1 last month
and I turned 40 this month! So I know it was time to stop putting off what needed to be done. I need to drop this so called "baby weight"
This is not my first time around and so I know this journey will consist of small steps. So I started a weekly challenge.
sodas, juice and other sugar drinks and back to drinking my 64 oz of water per day. Start tracking what I eat
As a result I lost 4 pounds
Tomorrow starts Week 2- Fruit and Veggie intake of 5 servings per day and limit fried foods to 1X a week. I am going to the market today to stock up and get ready for next week
Small changes produce big outcomes!
