One day I'll get though a month with EVERY GOAL COMPLETED. This month is not that month. In fact, I haven't done my burpees/KB swings in weeks. But I'm okay with it. My race training even got scaled back because of my calf tightness issue. But I'm okay with that too. I have not lost any more weight, but I've been bad with food. I plan on getting things back on track after my race this weekend.
OH, oh! Because you guys will understand this better than most people... I was so excited when the 12k we are running in April announced that they will have finishers medals this year! We've run this race the last 2 years, this will be year 3 and I have yet to have a successful run. First year I had stomach problems and was in the porta-potties the whole way to the finish, and last year I fell within the first mile. This year will be my year! AND... I'll get to bring home this snazzy bling!
That'll be 2 medals in 3 months! YAY!!!
And I haven't been completely inactive. Here is what my long run looked like on Tuesday.

So, I'm pretty proud of myself this week. Next week will be back to the diet and new/different goals for March, as my running will scale back to a short run and a long run each week to maintain my endurance until the next race.
