Just Writing For Fun

I have been taking days off of my workouts and putting more time in on the days when I am feeling up to working out. I got a little frustrated with the spark videos because a lot of them are hard for me to do, so I don't do those, and I have videos here but as you know it is hard to track the calories burned and all that. I love a lot of things about spark but that is one of my dislikes. emoticon
