Last week was rough! I worked a lot. I didn't get my normal movement in. I had a sick child. Our Parish Ball was last week and as the raffle ticket coordinator I had many things to do.
This week I have already been working more than I thought I would and I receive more work tomorrow. The difference is I will not let this and the two nights out this weekend stop me.
I will track everything I eat: the good, the bad and the ugly.
I will exercise every day. My goal is a minimum 400 minutes but I'm shooting for 500.
I will do ST at least four days.
