New Water Goal

Hello to everyone who stops by and reads my blog. I wish I could say I've lost oh so many pounds but I have not. In all honestly maybe I've gained a couple back, I'm really not sure since I haven't weighed myself in maybe a week or two. I'm not jumping off the wagon I really am trying to watch what I eat but the last week and a half was hectic. I didn't put much care into what I ate. But things are settling now and its time to refocus and stop indulging. I read that you're supposed to drink half your body weight in oz of water so yesterday i upped my 64oz to 100oz it should really be 107oz but whats 7oz less right lol and its a lot easier than i expected. I'm hoping that maybe some water weight will "fall off" also have I mentioned that I'm in love with my fitbit!? I try to aim for my 10k steps everyday although I don't always succeed I have my days where I also manage to get 13k in! I'm post-poning my official friday weigh-in til next wednesday just giving my body a week to adjust to all this water. I hope everyone else is having a better week and don't let little setbacks stop you from achieving your goals, there's no time limit to getting healthy.

    Great job on getting in 100oz of water! I would need to drink so much water to do half my body weight! I can barely get in 8 cups! I am so proud of you! Keep up the good work and the scale will show great results in time.
