Whole 30 Round #2 Day 10

1/3 of the way there!

Today I am exhausted. My head feels foggy. My bike ride to work felt slow. And I have no motivation for today.

On a positive note, even though I am not supposed to, I weighed myself today. 4lbs down! That's definitely a good feeling. I honestly am hoping it is more from the fact that I have been working out than it is from the Whole 30. I know, it's probably a mix of both, but I'm hoping these three weeks of riding my bike 60mins 2x a week is making a difference. I know how I am eating is healthier, but it's hard to keep up this amount of restriction forever. 20 more days to go!

I did read a blog today from one of the members on here that also did a Whole 30 around the same time I did last fall who said she also quickly gained back all the weight she lost afterwards. I think those of us who have may indulge a little too much probably struggle with the post Whole30. I know I completely got off the Whole 30 and jumped right into take out and beer pretty regularly. So my goal is to not do that this time. I have events coming up that I want to enjoy, but I want to look good for them also. I'm hoping that by working out for this Round #2, and keeping up the fitness afterwards, I will be able to constantly lose weight and not gain it all back.

    I did Whole30 last August. It was intense and restricting. I did gain some of the weight loss back also. Best wishes!
