I can't guarantee I'm going to do this everyday, but I realized that if I actually noted my thoughts about losing weight and the choices I make, and the things I do, I may recognize the patterns better than if I just try to keep them in my head. It won't be very organized, either, especially at first, because I'll be sort of catching up at the beginning. Nothing to see here, really.
Breakfast: Peanut butter and banana sandwiches keep me full until lunchtime. One egg thingie from the muffin tin and one slice of buttered toast don't, but two and two do. Two and one do, too.
Lunch: I get hungry really fast again after eating pasta.
I should make ST a habit. Back when I was quite the dish, I had a routine that was basically three arm exercises, 4 abs exercises, 3 shoulders...It worked back then, it will work now. I need to pick out a few. I can switch some out every now and again.
Today I did almost 70 minutes on the recumbent bike. That's pretty good. But I still won't get my Glow Getter award today.
I lost my appetite today. I wish I could do that more often. =)
