I've decided that it's time for me to STOP and smell the Roses so to speak...
I've gotten off track with my eating recently. I'm dealing with a lot of stresses, pain and outside influences that are effecting me and what I'm eating. So today I am stopping and changing that back to my positive and more healthier routine again. I hate when I get off track so I'm reining it in and getting back on track.
- I can and will eat healthier today. I know what I need to do. I've only been off track less than a week. I can do this!
- I enjoyed a delicious meal out at Carrabba's yesterday and had Salmon. It is one of the healthiest meals on the menu. It was a late Valentines meal out. So I made a good decision in choosing the Salmon and even brought half home for dinner later.
- I'm so thankful that we live in an area that only has had only one frost this year and I will have another Rose to stop and smell in the near future. I am blessed.
- I am thankful that I am able to stay in touch with family though FB and watch all the babies grow through their pictures that are posted there.
