Fifteen pounds in three months - I need help!

When I wrote my last blog entry, I thought "now, time for change!" -- did things change? No. Well, yes, they did, but for the worse. I had three amazing months in the fall but once I slipped, I kept on sliding.
The scale confirmed it for me today - I have gained fifteen pounds since the end of October.
I have decided to tackle it. I quit one of my jobs, so now I only have four positions on top of grad school, and two of them will be finishing next month. I have taped messages to myself around my house -- a workout schedule, a few circuits I can do if I'm watching TV, etc. I bought a ton of fresh fruit and veggies -- although man, are they expensive. $7 for three red peppers?? I might have to go to frozen veggies soon.
Anyway, the point of this blog.
I NEED HELP.
I NEED ACCOUNTABILITY.
If any of my spark friends are interested in emailing daily, or even texting (only Canada and US tho), please tell me!
If anyone has any amazing recipes I just have to try
or workouts that are amazing
or motivational pictures
-- please bombard me.
I really hate asking for help in any facet of my life but this is out of control and the idea that I could gain another fifteen before summer makes me want to just shut down.
