The Aftermath of a Graduate Degree

It's been two months since my last blog. That is a good indication of what I've been doing.
Nothing. I've been doing nothing.
I'm sleeping through the night again (for the most part), but that's about it. I haven't been doing anything with my free time that relates to health or fitness, I've simply been decompressing with my Monday Night TV Schedule, my Tuesday Night TV Schedule... you get the picture.
I'm feeling restless again, however, and feel as if I need to start doing something meaningful to get my world back on track to being SOMEWHAT more productive.
Since it's -9F out (without the windchill, which makes it feel -35F), I'm giving it a whirl today by revisiting Spark, making myself a balanced breakfast (ground turkey, breakfast potatoes, and toast), and tracking to get an idea of how much food I'm consuming.
I am considering several different programs right now, including Advocare and T25... but I'm wary I'm looking for a jump start/quick fix when the reality is I already know what to do as I've done it before. I'm in think/process mode.
