Wed: Day 47 - Rest Day
Thurs: Day 48 Week 3 T25 - Lower Focus
Fri: Day 49 Week 3 T25 - Cardio
Sat: Day 50 Week 3 T25 - Double Day - Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals (I did 15 mins of the 25mins of abs).

One more week (5 more days) of the T25 Challenge and I'll be so glad when it's over!! Even though it was my idea!
What was I thinking!
