2/20 Review Goals

I don't think that I really set any specific goals for myself this round of BLC which could be why I'm floundering about and haven't seen much success.

So here goes....again! This will be more realistic goals that I know I can stick to and make happen if I put my mind to it.

1.)Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
2.) Walk 3 days a week for at least 1/2 hour -if the weather is bad I will either walk up and down the stairs, stationary bike, or find a video to watch and work out to.
3.) Plan menu on Friday, grocery shop on Sat, make food on Sunday
4.) 3 days a week push ups, sit ups, triceps up, squats, plank
5.) 10 minutes of meditation a day
6.) Yoga at least once a week
7.) Post daily
