5 Weeks in...how it's going...

Looking at my page & goals, I realize that I've made progress-16# and counting, I'm logging daily & am beginning to have more energy, which is awesome...
I'm usually at the high end of my calorie range
I've yet to start walking, so to meet my 5K goal by 3/25 is likely not going to happen
For whatever reason, getting to the gym is my biggest roadblock right now-not sure if it's because I don't want people to see how I let myself go, or if I'm afraid of my heart issues starting again...in either case, I must overcome this if I'm to progress-mind games, huh???
That's pretty much it-it does feel good to see the scale change or my clothes fit looser & I really don't miss all the junk, but I do still have my moments-the key is not to have the temptations around-at least for me!
