Done with lying to myself

Tuesday, February 17, 2015

Yeah, no more fiddling with the scale, popping a bite of this or that in the ole' mouth and thinking it won't matter. I've amped up my exercise, I am eating healthier, this laziness of being dishonest stops here.

So how long exactly will it take to lose 25 pounds, instead of the 15 I was fooling myself with?

Certainly less time than I have farted around with cheating myself out of the true picture.

Self revelation is always a little painful.

Sounds like you may really just be plateauing. Your pic indicated you are down 30 pounds and you should be proud of that accomplishment. With that in mind, you should not attempt to lose over 2 pounds per week therefore 12 to 13 weeks minimum. Best would be 1 pound per week for 25 weeks. That way you will be setting yourself up for everlasting change. Good luck on your Life Journey and I believe you are at your winner's phase to change your life and also inspire others as you rid yourself of that last 25 pounds. BTW, you look great in the pic.
